Dear Showtuners, 

 

It is with great pleasure that we announce that tickets went on sale today
for the Queensland debut of HEDWIG and the ANGRY INCH.  Hedwig will play a
four week season at the Cremorne Theatre from 9 October.  Spread the word to
all your friends up north that we are about to tear down Brisbane.  Bookings

We are all very excited having most of our original team back together, and
the new energy of KELLEY ABBEY doing choreography and AMANDA HERBERT from
Maverick as our General Manager.  

 

It is only one week till rehearsals start and preparations are well on the
way, Ezekiel is being transformed whilst you read this.  CRAIG ILOTT is of
course leading the team directing as before, TINA HARRIS will resume her
role as musical director from hell, the marvellous NICK DARE will be doing
us a new costume or two, STEPHEN HAWKER returns to ensure our diva is in
proper light, NICK JONES is back to adjust all those sensational
illustrations to fit our new Hedwig and he shall be working as Kelley's
assistant and tour resident. 

 

So please spread the word about Hedwig's arrival to QPAC and we hope to see
